Happy New Year!
Like many of you, I love setting goals and accomplishing milestones throughout the year. New Year's resolutions can feel extra special, so I definitely set them from time to time.
Here are new years resolutions using the dimensions of wellness:
I like to keep my resolutions general and then create specific goals based on the resolution. The goals can then be broken down into actionable steps that I can take to reach the goal.
Physical Wellness
Nutrition/Diet (eating habits)
Resolution: Eat healthy foods regularly.
Goal: Eat more vegetables and foods that are healthy.
Action: Create a meal plan and grocery list.
Movement
Resolution: Get more movement this year.
Goal: Go for a 30-minute walk every day.
Action: Set a daily reminder to walk.
Appearance
Resolution: Improve skincare routine.
Goal: Do my skincare routine daily.
Action: Create a daily skincare routine and set a reminder.
Spiritual Wellness
Prayer
Resolution: Practice gratitude every day.
Goal: Write in a gratitude journal each day.
Action: Buy a journal and set aside time every day to write in it.

Resolution: Pray more this year.
